Ralph Newsome II Managing Director of Acquisition– a graduate of NSU with a BS in Accounting. Ralph has been buying assets and returning profits to investors for about a decade. He was invited to attend Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway Investors Conference in 2016.
What Ralph likes to do the most is help educate others in the complicated world of wealth building. Whether its advising portfolio management, educating on the use of leverage, or distress asset purchasing, Ralph enjoys helping others.
Lonnie McNair CPA Director of Accounting – Mr. McNair is a Certified Public Accountant who served in the United States Army for 24 years as an enlisted soldier and officer. Throughout his career, he has served in numerous staff and leadership positions, which culminated in achieving the rank of Lieutenant Colonel prior to his retirement. He has received numerous awards throughout his career including the Defense Meritorious Service Medal and the United States Army Meritorious Service Medal.
Deidre Brown JD Director of Legal – Deirdre received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland, University College and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the District of Columbia, David A. Clarke School of Law. Deirdre has worked in the real estate industry for over 15 years as a Realtor and as a title professional. She is an active member of the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR). She sits on GCAAR’s Grievance Committee and has sat on its Education Committee and Professional Development Sub-Committee. She also teaches continuing education classes at GCAAR locations. She is an active member of the District of Columbia’s Association of Realtors (DCAR) and has served as the Chair of its Public Policy Committee.
Michael Wilkins Director of Operations – Mr. Wilkins is a graduate of NSU, brings years of property management experience. He has specialized in managing diverse portfolios including value-add properties, lease-up, and stabilized assets. Michael has a thirst for knowledge, a passion for the industry, and a love with working with people.
